Amanda DiMeo was born and raised in South Brooklyn and has a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Studies and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. She taught music and general education preschool before becoming Head of Preschool in the fall of 2020.
Curriculum & special classes
The Preschool program is inspired by the Reggio approach to early childhood education, valuing each child’s individuality within a community. The school is a Reggio-inspired, project-based learning center specializing in differentiated instruction in small classes, encouraging students to ask questions, collaborate, explore, and think critically.
