Curriculum & special classes
The Rivers School is an independent day school for grades 6 through 12 that emphasizes personal growth as much as academic growth, built on a foundation of strong relationships and the school’s philosophy of Excellence with Humanity. The curriculum includes 50 honors or accelerated honors courses, including 19 AP courses.
Financial aid
All financial aid is need-based, with no merit scholarships offered. For the current academic year, Rivers has awarded more than $7.6 million in need-based tuition assistance, with awards ranging from $1,000 through nearly the full cost of tuition.
Before & after school care
No extended-care hours or rates on file yet. This is one of the biggest surprise costs for working parents — if you know what before- and after-care runs here, add it below.
