Curriculum & special classes

Kimball Union is a co-educational college preparatory school. Their thoughtfully designed academic approach, KUA Design, challenges every student to redefine personal excellence in developing knowledge, skills, and passion for lifelong learning.

Financial aid

KUA uses the Clarity Application to determine a family’s level of financial need based on information shared in the application, including assets, income, expenses, and debts. The priority deadline for financial aid applications was February 1st, and the application window is now closed for the 2026-2027 cycle.

Before & after school care

No extended-care hours or rates on file yet. This is one of the biggest surprise costs for working parents — if you know what before- and after-care runs here, add it below.

Admissions

The admissions process involves completing an inquiry form, scheduling an interview (preferably in-person), visiting campus, and submitting an application. Financial aid applications should be submitted by the deadline to be considered for awards.
