Cary Academy offers engaging academics, cutting-edge pedagogy, and hands-on projects. The Upper School tuition includes a flexible and expansive Discovery Experience Program, allowing students to select an expeditionary learning experience such as a World Language Exchange or a World Culture Experience.

After school
Middle School Extended Day Program provides supervised care between 3:10 pm and 6:00 pm for grades six through eight. Activities include homework, art projects, sports, and social time. Snacks and drinks are provided. Available all full days that CA is open for classes.
Cost
Middle School Extended Day Program: $10 per hour (billed in half-hour increments). Late fee: $1 per minute (minimum $10 during first ten minutes).

Admissions
Cary Academy accepts applications for Middle School (grades 6-8) and Upper School (grades 9-12). Applicants must complete a pre-application, submit application forms and fee, schedule a visit and interview, take an admissions entry exam (ISEE or SSAT), and provide supporting documentation including academic transcripts and teacher recommendations.
