Lincoln received his B.A. in History from the University of Notre Dame, his J.D. from The University of Florida College of Law, and his Ed.M., Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University. In December 2002, Lincoln assumed the responsibilities as Academy Prep Center of Tampa’s Head of School.
